General considerations:

  • No money will be refunded if once enrolled, for whatever reason, the student does not begin the program or course or with-draws at the start of the program.
  • Prior to the start of the program. All fees and payments, except the non-refundable enrollment fee shall be refunded.
  • Once the course has started, students may request a period of temporary withdrawal from their course and the credit balance in favor of the student may be applicable to the account for a specific term for a maximum period of 6 months. Consecutive month ineligibility.
  • Once the billing cycle has started, no money will be refunded.
  • Withdrawal Procedure: Completion of withdrawal paperwork and submission of withdrawal paperwork scheduling an appointment at the respective site.
  • Unclaimed balance will not be refunded after a period of 6 months from the payment day.
  • In all cases, approved returns will be calculated prorated according to the student’s billing cycle.
  • All refunds will be subjected to a 10% administrative fee.
  • Resolution time: Allow 15 business days from submitting the request and in case of approval, allow 30 business days for the check to be printed.
  • The administration reserves the right to approve or disapprove the claim at its discretion, and to choose the refund percentage if approved.

Exceptions:

  • Closing or deciding not to open groups by Intensa. It is the only case in which the balance that the student has in favor is refunded, with the exception of the payments received for didactic material once it has been delivered.
